Mapleton Remodel This historic home on Mapleton will undergo a complete interior remodel while bringing the mechanical systems and insulation up to a modern and highly efficient standard. Insulation will be blown into wall cavities, a geo-thermal system will be installed for heating and cooling, and a solar thermal system is being considered for domestic hot water. The radiant system already in place will be re-used by replacing the tubing in the floor. Walls are being re-located in select places to create a more open floorplan on the main floor while updating cabinetry, fixtures, and flooring throughout the house.
